SAN JOSE, CA -- Prospective clients of ADP's Claims Solutions Group (CSG) can now take a web-based tour of the group's products and services, thanks to a new World Wide Web site (www.csg.adp.com) created by San Jose's Tam Communications. Designed as a value-added customer benefit, the new site puts a broad range of product, support, and corporate information at users' fingertips, all integrating a single look and feel.

Downloadable multimedia product demos give would-be clients instant, easy-to-navigate access to ADP's four complete CSG product lines, and an enhanced customer support area offers answers to frequently-asked questions. The site also features support for CSG's human resources department, providing recruitment information for prospective job candidates.

With the objective of combining all of the Claims Solutions Group's products in one area, the Tam creative team devised a "newsletter" metaphor for the site's home page, leveraging ADP's existing corporate collateral design system. To keep the site fresh and engaging, Tam Communications has been retained to revise the home page monthly. Ongoing maintenance of the site, and updates to other areas within the site, will also be handled by Tam.
