Tam Communications Animates Shoreline Amphitheatre

SAN JOSE, CA -- Shoreline Amphitheatre's summer season, sponsored by AMD, received an animated boost from a presentation created by San Jose visual communications company Tam Communications. The presentation, displayed between sets during the AMD Music Festival, begins with a two-dimensional black and white drawing of the amphitheatre. AMD's K6 processor then transforms the simple image into a colorful three-dimensional map, and graphics clearly direct visitors to concessions, first aid, information booths, restrooms, and other park facilities.

Tam's Sandra Silva served as producer and art director for the project, while Aaron Dingman created the 3-D graphics. Editor Ed Cook completed the presentation in online.
