Fraser's award-winning direction, ingenuity as an executive producer, and service to the community made him an ideal recipient of this prestigious award.

Additionally, Fraser's partner, Susan O'Connor Fraser, was recognized as one of the top 100 multimedia producers in the country by AV Video/Multimedia Producer magazine. Tam also received eight Awards of Excellence for video, print, and broadcast projects.
