SAN JOSE, CA -- Tam Communications recently produced a comprehensive CD-ROM for San Jose-based ONE TOUCH Systems, Inc. The CD explains and demonstrates ONE TOUCH's distance learning solutions—which consist of a combination of hardware and software that deliver interactive training to classrooms or even employee desktops—allowing ONE TOUCH's sales representatives to explain their technology to potential clients without having to bring hardware to customer sites.

Tam's CD explains how the ONE TOUCH system works from both the instructors' and students' perspectives, providing examples of broadcasts and also engaging users with interactive sections that allow them to explore the technology. It contains a Return On Investment calculator, showing users exactly how much they’ll save with ONE TOUCH solutions. Video is integrated throughout, and the CD also describes the various networking options that ONE TOUCH users have, and includes success stories and information on services and support.

In fact, I had people come up afterwards and say it would have been worth waiting another year for it. I consider our CD project with Tam to be a complete success. Compared to other marketing or corporate communications projects I've worked on, this is clearly a superior product."

Producer Michele Bertolone wrote the CD's script and oversaw the extensive project, which required a number of Tam professionals to complete. Sandra Silva directed the art and Sunny Su created it; Scott Bayer and Tim George shot the video portions and John Barrett, Petek Cunningham, and Sandra Silva edited them; and Mike Baxter and Karen Toensfeldt integrated the CD.
