SAN JOSE, CA -- Continuing its current hiring trend, San Jose company Tam Communications announced today that it added two more full-time employees to its staff of over 30 communications professionals. Shelley Ferro and Robert Guillou will join the Tam team as Account Manager and Writer/Producer, respectively.

As Account Manager, Ferro will be responsible for servicing existing and new clients during and between projects, helping them to leverage content from one project to another, even across departmental lines. As the first point of contact for new clients, she will help them determine their communications goals and then work with the Tam creative team to select the best media to meet their objectives. Also an important resource for existing clients, Ferro will further Tam's focus on service and relationships. With years of experience in video production, sales and marketing, and business management, Ferro possesses a strong understanding of all aspects of Tam’s business and can use that broad knowledge to serve our clients more effectively.

Robert Guillou brings over 15 years of experience in project management and production of multimedia, video and print communications tools to his role as a Writer/Producer. Guillou will work closely with Tam clients to develop strategic communications projects in all media, serving as scriptwriter and project manager. His extensive background in producing, writing, and marketing gives him the expertise necessary to create superior communications solutions for a wide range of clients and industries.
