Tam Communications Welcomes New President/CEO, Sr. VP of Programming

SAN JOSE, CA -- Tam Fraser, Chairman of the Board for Tam Communications, announced today that the company's co-founder, Susan O'Connor Fraser, has stepped down as President and CEO. Succeeding her is Timothy O'Connor Fraser, who has served the company in various capacities for over a decade.

Most recently, Mr. O'Connor Fraser led Tam's Graphics and Interactive Group (GIG), applying his technical and managerial aptitude to expand its size and abilities. Under his 2.5 years of direction, the GIG has doubled the revenue it has earned for Tam Communications; once representing 30 percent of the company's total income, it now accounts for over 50 percent.

Mr. O'Connor Fraser noted: "The position of President and CEO is a natural fit for me. In the year ahead, Tam Communications faces many opportunities for expansion into new media and new ways of doing business. I believe my management style and technical vision will allow us to navigate these opportunities to even greater success."

Tam Communications' growth over the last 20 years and expansion into entertainment programming necessitated that some of Susan O'Connor Fraser's responsibilities be reallocated and her position redefined. The move, which has been planned for some time, will enable Ms. O'Connor Fraser to focus on development of entertainment programming as well as consulting and creative direction on Tam's key corporate accounts. Her new title is Senior Vice President of Programming.

Ms. O'Connor Fraser commented, "I'm very excited about the new role. It is a great spot for me and is really crucial for the company as we continue to work on projects that represent the convergence of internet and television technologies."

Tam Communications will post a 30% increase in revenue in 1999 and expects similar growth in 2000. In addition to providing digital media solutions for Fortune 500 companies, including Hewlett-Packard, Lucent, Intel, Cisco, and CNF Transportation, Tam Communications has a growing entertainment unit that produces programming for the Discovery Channel, Travel Channel, and Discovery Europe.
