SAN JOSE, CA -Tam Communications helped LogicVision, makers of embedded test solutions for ICs, steal the show at the International Test Conference in Atlantic City, NJ, on October 3 - 5.

Dan Hutcheson, a respected industry analyst with VLSI Research, said about the booth, "Every hour on the hour, the (other) booths would empty out, as people moved to the LogicVision booth. I've never seen anything like it; people were overflowing into to the aisles and over to the next booth."

The main presentation, written by Creative Director Michele Bertolone, was created on video. The talent, Bob Wood, talked directly to a fictional character within the video piece, then a Director multimedia presentation was played which again involved Wood sparring with the character. The floor was then handed over to LogicVision staff who demoed their software.

The theme for LogicVision's presentation was "Crossing the Great Divide" between IC design and IC testing using LogicVision solutions. The video portion of the presentation included images of natural divides like the Rocky Mountains and the Grand Canyon, while the graphics gave a visual overview of LogicVision's test solutions. The piece played back via DVD onto a large screen on the stage.

Producer Jeff Cowan was on-site during the show, ensuring that the program went smoothly and providing A/V technical consultation. The presentation attracted ITC visitors to LogicVision's booth and left them informed and excited about their products. LogicVision's Director of Business Development, Charlie McDonald said, "We really blew the competition away with a slick, professional presentation, with our professional talent being a major attraction at the show."
