Scotts Valley, CA - A new national television campaign will roll out this month for the national boating supply retailer, West Marine. Three base spots feature West Marine products in fishing and sailing situations. The spots were originally shot last November in Redondo Beach in Southern California.

Produced by Scotts Valley-based Tam Communications, the spots were directed and shot by Tam O'Connor Fraser. Jaccqui Buchanan produced for Tam and Kristina Baker was Associate Producer. In addition to shooting at the harbor at Redondo Beach, the Tam team also spent a day on the water on various types of boats and a day at a nearby West Marine outlet.

From the three base spots, Tam's post-production team, headed up by Senior Editor, Ed Cook, will create a total of 72 commercials which will then air nationally on Speed, TNN, CNN, ESPN and ESPN2, The Weather Channel and OLN through the end of the summer.
