SCOTTS VALLEY, CA--Baseball Hall of Famer, Joe Morgan, and Bay Area Radio Personality, Sylvia Chacon, have two things in common. They are both graduates of Cal State East Bay (formerly Cal State Hayward) and they're also both featured in a television public service campaign, created by Tam Communications.

Tam Fraser was Director/Cameraman for the two spots, featuring Morgan and Chacon against a background of moving images shot around the Bay Area including the three Cal State East Bay campuses. Three days of production were required to capture the images, adding new photography with footage shot previously by Tam for the university's recruiting video. Susan O'Connor Fraser produced for Tam. Additional crew included Paul Stapleton-Smith, Gaffer, David Trounstine, Sound Recordist, and Jennifer Haskins, Production Assistant.

Tam also tapped the company's extensive library of stock footage to help communicate the message that the University is located in the heart of a vibrant area full of recreational, entertainment, sports, and professional opportunities. Additional footage was provided by the Oakland Raiders and Oakland A's.

The spots will air on Bay Area television stations and will help promote the university to Bay Area audiences.
