Multimedia CD Wrapped for Anritsu

SCOTTS VALLEY, CA--It was nearly a year in the making...the flash-based, multimedia CD just completed for Morgan Hill-based Anritsu. The comprehensive CD includes demos of all of the features available on its Cell Master(TM) product. CellMaster is a combination cable, antenna, and base station analyzer designed to measure the reliability and quality of wireless networks. Since over a dozen measurements are available within the one system, the finished CD-ROM, destined for customers and potential customers, is as extensive as the product.

The project was managed by Tam's Associate Producer Regan Eymann with Digital Media Specialist David Trounstine, managing the screen capture and audio editing process, prepping assets for integration into flash. The interface was developed by Michael Baxter of Makai Design and the flash integration was completed by Scott Stimson. 3D and 2D annimation was developed by Aaron Dingman.

The voice over talent for the project was Corina Harmon, recording the narration over a four-month period under the direction of Susan O'Connor Fraser at Wave Group Sound in Fremont. The audio was then combined with static screen shots that were animated in flash including moving cursors to emphasize key points in the two plus hour script. In addition to the various demos all accessible individually through a complex menuing structure, Stimson also created a flash intro highlighting the key features of the CellMaster and integrated several documents that can be either accessed locally or through a link to the company's web site.
