SCOTTS VALLEY, CA--Santa Clara-based medical instrument company, Lumenis, now has a series of videos to help them in their marketing efforts. Three videos are in the can for the company's Aluma product and another for their Lumenis One--both systems are used in aesthetic practices. Susan O'Connor Fraser produced the programs, working closely with the marketing communications department at Lumenis.

For Aluma, a patient education video was created that can be shown to patients interested in the skin tightening and wrinkle reduction that the Aluma provides. The program is also designed to loop in a dermatologist's waiting room. A sales video for Aluma was also developed and is now available on CD and DVD. This program is being used by Lumenis sales reps to present the features and benefits of Aluma to interested physicians. The final program in the Aluma series is an "In Service" training video, which clinicians can view to familiarize themselves with the operation of the Aluma system.

For the Lumenis One product, a sales video, also available on CD and DVD, details the capabilities of all the different modules available on the system. The Lumennis One is used for a variety of procedures, giving physicians and clinics a powerful, flexible and cost-effective system for their practices.

Tam O'Connor Fraser shot and directed all four videos and teamed with David Trounstine on editing. Trounstine also helped prep 2D graphics for post-production, authored the DVDs, and integrated the flash elements for CD versions. 3D animation sequences were created by Aaron Dingman.
